Howie Morgan Project
Playing everything from Jazz standards to edgy rock, Howie has established himself as one of the most diverse and naturally talented musicians to come out of Perth.
Having independently released his debut album Songs From The Lounge in 2007, Howie has opened for such acts as Simply Red, The Whitlams, Kate Ceberano and many others to much acclaim.
Be it in acoustic solo mode or with full band, Howie continues to impress audiences with his truly dynamic and musically rich performances.
Howie and Mick were absolutely brilliant. I actually had several people come up to me saying how great they were and also noticed people going up to the stage to shake Howie’s hand.
Absolutely perfect vibe for the night and the guys were lovely and professional to work with too.
Howie was awesome! We were so happy and have had so many great comments from our guests regarding…
Greg Stockbridge (Wedding) – April 2014Howie's performance at the Bright Blue benefit was, as usual, wonderful. He is a true professional and so easy to work with. He was very understanding that we had to accommodate the Commissioner's desire to perform on the night, but once Howie's set started the dance floor was packed and he kept everyone up and dancing til the end of the night.
Lacie Cole (Charity Event) – June 2014Thanks for having Howie Morgan at our wedding... (he) really topped off the day. I had so many people ask me who this guy was and how we heard about him. He come to me highly recommended from somebody at Chevron and I will be doing the same.
Tim Cowley (Wedding) – October 2014Howie was A-mazing!!!! We were so pleased, obviously the first time I heard him singing was when I walked into the chapel! We loved him. He sang everything so perfectly - we wished we had him all night long! Our chapel entry and first dance will be one to remember. Such amazing talent in our own state. We hope to hear him do great things in the future, he definitely deserves all the praise that comes his way!!! Thanks for all your work and liaising leading up to our wedding, it definitely made everything run so smoothly.
Josie Janz (Wedding) – October 2014It was exceptional, Howie is such a friendly and easy going guy and his performance was amazing. Friends are still talking about the night.
Andrew Coughlan (Private Function) – January 2015Just wanted to say thank you for your assistance in coordinating Howie’s attendance at our function on Tuesday evening. He was very well received by our guests and did a great job.
Anne Owne (Corporate Function) – December 2014Everything went well. Serina was very happy and everyone complimented the band. Arrived on time and were very professional.
Ian Ashe (Private Function) – May 2015Last night Howie was perfect and allowed people to network and talk whilst he was playing in the background. So thank you!
Asha Sanders (BBC for Bankwest Corporate Function) – May 2015Howie was great and became a great part of our event after we found out he went to school with my boss Charee. Apart from that, Howie played songs that were relevant to the guests taste, he took requests and he sounded great. We would highly recommend Howie.
Kirsty Tothill (Corporate Function) – May 2015Everything went really well on the day thank you. The music was excellent and all of the guests were very impressed with Howie.
James Perron – September 2015Howie was great thank you – we had some very positive feedback from guests as they left our function so he certainly contributed to it going so well.
Anne Owen (Corporate Function) – December 2015Howie was excellent as always. Received well from the function host and guests.
Ryan Connolly (Private Function) – December 2015Howie and his band were excellent - we had so many good comments from guests and they were on the dancefloor all night (they had to get people off it for us to do our first dance!). Howie in particular was excellent in working the crowd and he also made it a really easy, stress-free experience for us by organising music for the predrinks, playing our first dance song and making announcements for us too. His choice of music suited us and our guests exactly.
Alex Wells (Wedding) – March 2016Couldn't be happier. We all enjoyed Howie's performance and he was a perfect choice for the evening.
Natalie Screaigh (Corporate Function) – July 2016WOW!!! How is amazing…. I just loved his performance. Our members don’t often get up and let loose so it’s not the easiest gig to play – but I have had so much wonderful feedback
Nicole Payne (Corporate Function) – November 2016My colleague has reported Howie was a very good performer and very professional to work with. Event management is fraught with difficulties, it has been a pleasure working with you, you made the task of booking a musician very easy.
Loriann Bell (Council Event) – July 2017Howie was absolutely awesome! The guests loved the music and had an awesome time. Howie also played our first dance song after only being told the title of the song on the night. Blown away by their professionalism and talent! We feel privileged to have had Howie and his band play at our wedding.
