Juliet Pang
Juliet Pang is a singer-pianist who performs luscious jazz and latin standards. Her warm, soothing vocals paired with her gentle sophistication have been experienced at luxurious events such as corporate launches, brand activations, award ceremonies, ballroom galas, festivals and more.
Effectively bilingual in English as well as Mandarin, she has an extensive repertoire in Shanghai Jazz, within which she includes her own mandarin lyrics to classic standards from Clifford Brown, Roberto Menescal and more. In her silk and satin cheongsam, she had opened for River Hong Bao in Singapore, a much-beloved Lunar New Year event, drawing tourists and the locals alike.
Juliet also performs a multicultural repertoire that consists of well-known classics, bossa nova and samba standards in diverse languages, including Portuguese, Tagalog, Hawaiian as well as Bahasa Indonesia. She believes music transcends languages, but that it is singing in the people’s languages that stories come alive.
With previous experience in holding lead and ensemble roles in musical theatre, being selected for a dance scholarship with Jitterbugs Swingapore and continuing her dance training in the recent years, she is looking to perform runway shows as well as other performances that would offer opportunities to combine two significant loves, music and dance.
Originally from Singapore, she has toured in Tokyo, Guang Zhou, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Melbourne and currently resides in Perth, Australia. Juliet performs worldwide.
